Crave Loyalty – Terms & Conditions

1. About Crave Loyalty
Crave is a free-to-join loyalty platform that gives guests access to exclusive discounts and offers at participating venues operated by Signature Group. Offers may vary by location and time period.
2. Membership Eligibility

Must be 18+ to register and redeem offers.

Membership is available via sign-up at crave-loyalty.com.

One membership per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or removed.
3. Offer Usage

Offers are only valid for registered Crave members.

Members must show a valid Crave confirmation (email or digital proof) at the time of payment.

Offers cannot be applied retrospectively after the bill has been paid.

Offers are valid only at participating venues and may vary by location or time period.

Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional vouchers.
4. Current Offer Terms (November & December 2025)

November: 20% off the total bill Monday to Wednesday & 10% off the total bill Thursday to Sunday.
- December: 10% off the total bill 7 days a week.

Kyloe: 20% off food only, Monday to Thursday.

Discount applies to dine-in orders only.

Excludes: festive menus, private events, group bookings over 6 guests (unless pre-approved), and set menus or special occasion pricing (e.g. Christmas, ticketed events).

5. Changes and Termination

Signature Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Crave Loyalty programme or any offer at any time, without notice.

Membership may be revoked for misuse, fraud, or abuse of the programme.

Your data will be handled securely and in line with GDPR.
