Edinburgh’s first-ever Margarita Trail is here — a one-mile cocktail trail across the New Town, created for Margarita Month.
From Wednesday 18th February – Tuesday 31st March, five of Edinburgh’s best bars are teaming up with tequila brand El Jimador to serve up exclusive margarita specials, delicious food pairings, and prizes along the way.

What is the Margarita Trail?
The Margarita Trail is a self-guided cocktail tour around Edinburgh’s New Town, featuring five Signature Group venues each pouring their own margarita-inspired creations.
Whether you complete it in one epic day out or spread it across the full six weeks… it’s your mile, your rules.

Runs from Wednesday 18th February – Tuesday 31st March.
Includes National Margarita Day – Sunday 22nd February!

How it Works
Step 1 — Grab your Margarita Trail Map
Pick up your official map at any participating venue.
Step 2 — Follow the Trail
The Margarita Trail is a one-mile route through Edinburgh’s New Town.
Step 3 — Drink Margaritas (obviously)
Order a Margarita Trail cocktail at each venue.
Step 4 — Collect Your Stamps
Get your map stamped at every stop.
Step 5 — Complete the Mile + Win
